When selling a software solution, sometimes it is difficult to get the value across concisely.  PracticeAdmin's tech team was tasked with qualifying leads during a 40 minute phone presentation of the basics of their medical billing package.  Inveritably, the prospective client would start asking specific questions early in the call, derailing the qualifying process.
I was hired to create an online demonstration that prospects could complete before talking with the technical folks, which saved time for the prospects and the technical folks! Now the team knows they will answer specific questions for prospects that have a basic understanding of their software.
