Managing has many challenges. Managing the workforce of an entire state is even more complex. Now throw in multiple generations that value different types of compensation, feedback, and even work differently, and you have a mountain to climb!

The State of Kansas recruited me to assist their HR managers with multi-generational management. Using their examples of challenges and pitfalls, we worked together to develop useful approaches for bringing the various generations together to perform the work of the great state of Kansas.
