Pathways

Pathways Community Network Institute is a nonprofit organization that strengthens responses to poverty and homelessness through increased collaboration and effective use of data and technology. Pathways developed and implemented Pathways COMPASS, a world class, on demand community information sharing system that now connects more than 650 public and private human services organizations in ten US states.
I worked with Pathways to convert their mandatory leader-led training to on-demand on-line training to maximize their resources and cut ramp-up time for new users on the Compass system.
